The study of positive organisations with its focus on building human strengths at work, developing resilience to change and fostering employees’ vitality, confidence and engagement, is gaining ground as organisational leaders acknowledge that only managing weaknesses in insufficient to create and sustain a healthy, productive and flourishing workplace.

This training programme introduces the core elements from positive psychology and their applications in the workplace. It provides organisational leaders with innovative, inspiring and practical leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours based on the latest empirical research from the new science of positive psychology. You will discover how to increase and enhance both your individual and team performance, energy and engagement by integrating positive psychology strategies into your leadership practice. The two day workshop, which draws on the fields of positive organisational behaviour, strengths and positive change, includes the following modules:
